1. I do not think I was a very successful business owner. I made a improvement with my "profit" but still didn't come close to breaking a profit.
2.To gain intellectual ideas about the business world and to learn that the real world isn't easy for gaining money.
3. The 2 main reasons for not making money is the expenses were greater than the profit and also I missed a promotion here and there.
4. I think I did good in the part of getting good sponsorship deals and saving myself from complete bankruptcy by having good sponsorship.
5.The biggest weakness of running the simulation was the idea of player wages taking a lot of the expenses making it hard to make a profit.
6.I managed yield management pricing by seeing who would come to the games and if not a lot of people would come. If expenses were too high I would lower prices to make them reasonable.
7. I used market research to see what my population can afford for a ticket, what apparel they like, and who is devoted to football.
8. There needs to be good infrastructure in the cities businesses so there is good sponsors for your teams product. More sponsors means more money for the team.
9. If the people in your city aren't devoted to football then tickets wont be sold, no matter the population. It is better to have people that can spend more on a ticket so you can charge them more money.
10. If I was going to one of my games I would get a team jacket because it will last a while and shows your team spirit.

Carnival Project
The group project turned out well when put all together in a presentation. The notes were a little all over the place but they were put together perfectly in the form of a presentation. I feel like I contributed a lot to the project and the notes making rolled smoothly. Some people were absent so some of the notes weren't completed so others in the group finished it.

Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Good or Bad?
1. There is some bads and goods of Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales and the extended shopping season for the winter holidays. The goods are that the stores wont be as crowded when people spread out when they shop. Another thing is that people save hundreds of dollars with the sales that are going of during Black Friday and Cyber Monday. But the bad thing about these sales is that people go crazy to get these sales and will do anything to get the product for less money.
2. I do not like shopping on Thanksgiving because it is to early in the season and makes people not enjoy their Thanksgiving break. They focus on shopping instead of spending time with family. Midnight shopping is crazy in the fact that people are overtired and willing to do anything to get a product. Also there are no manners for others in the stores.

Promoting My Drink
1. 3 ways I could promote my drink is by putting an ad of the drink on the University website. Another way would be to have little samples of my drink around the turfs and tennis courts for all the tired people who need a drink. The last way I could promote my drink is by going on a local radio show to promote my product.
2. Print media I could use to promote my product is by putting my product name and slogan on a billboard on the closest highway to the campus. Another way is to put my ad on a newspaper so people will see it. Lastly is to go to a stadium and put an ad on the flyer that is handed to everyone before they enter the stadium.
3. A strategy I used to price my drink is to sell a sample size drink for 50 cents at a stadium game so my drink gets around. Once its popular I will raise the price to $1.25 so it wont be too much of a price jump but will be enough to make a profit.

Sports Drink- The Mighty Duck
My sports drink was The Mighty Duck for Oregon University and the slogan for my drink is "It will help you Win The Day!"
3 Things I liked about the project:
3 Things I liked about the project:
- helped learn about a college that I was interested in
- Got to thing outside the box and be like an advertiser
- Make creative names and slogans to represent the college
2 Things I learned about the project:
- I learned the layout of Oregon University and the rooming
- Learned how to create an advertisement and sports drink
1 Thing I didn't like about the project:
- I did not like the fact that there was research being done for places outside the college, the drink was based on the college not outside it.
